[Radio-announce] More affiliate streaming this weekend

Hi all,
We enjoyed great conventions in October.

Now we have a couple of more affiliate conventions for you this month.

Starting this weekend the Washington Council of the Blind will be streaming
their convention on ACB Radio Live event.
