Dr. Roberto Manduchi is a Professor of Computer Engineering at University of California Santa Cruz. Dr. Manduchi’s research focuses on accessible technology for the blind and visually impaired. Two of the pieces of technology are wearable sensors and mobile computer vision for information access and increased spatial awareness. Dr. Manduchi joins us to tell about the technologies that help the blind live productive lives. (Rebroadcast)
