          One group that
          the state agency helps is the blind and visually impaired. The
          rehabilitation
          counselors of DORS’ Office for Blindness and Vision Services
          help blind clients
          by providing them with the important programs to find and
          maintain employment.
          Debbi Williamson, OBVS Rehabilitation Supervisor in the
          agency’s Cumberland
          Office, joins us to explain how DORS does just that.</span><span
